At Life Improvement For Everyone (L.I.F.E.) we work to improve the lives of others through therapeutic and social interventions, education, and international humanitarian aid work. We are constantly growing and expanding as new opportunities arise.

We are governed by three core objectives:

To provide support and guidance to those who have been affected by emotional and psychological distress.

To provide learning opportunities for those who are interested in improving their knowledge, skills and understanding in relation to emotional and psychological well-being.

To raise awareness of best practise in health and social care, particularly in the field of emotional and psychological well-being.

We are committed to developing and providing services in our local community, for communities we hope we can help such as young people and people who wish to help others, as well as tackling national and global challenges with our fifteen partners worldwide.

We are 100% voluntary and not for profit!
